Session Infomation

Inverse problems seek to estimate/optimize model parameters based on measurements, i.e. learning the system from data. In this sense, there are close connections between inverse modeling and machine learning. This session aims at providing a platform to share recent studies on application of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) to various inverse modeling problems, including but not limited to biomedical imaging, subsurface characterization, nondestructive evaluation, and microwave device design.
