Session Infomation

Continued demand for low-power and high-performance wireless communication, sensing and imaging enables new opportunities for RF and mm-wave ICs. The new technologies have been developed over the past years to break the bolt neck for the bandwidth, power, noise and linearity. This session will focus on RF to mm-wave circuits and systems, including low-power radio, 5G, phased arrays, beamformers, transceivers, integrated radar, imaging, spectroscopy, and sensing.
