Symposium Reception

On Sunday evening, April 24, 2022, all conference participants are invited to a welcome reception at the conference hotel. The tickets are free and handed out on a first-come-first-served basis. Please make reservation in advance for the reception by April 1, 2022.
2022年4月24日（星期日）晚上，所有与会者都被邀请参加在会议酒店举行的欢迎招待会。门票免费，请您务必在2022年4月1日前提前预订。

Symposium Banquet

On Wednesday evening, April 27, 2022, symposium banquet is planned for PIERS participants and their guests at the conference hotel. A limited number of banquet tickets will be available. For all participants, the price is USD 60 / RMB 400 per person. Please make reservation and pay in advance for the banquet by April 1, 2022.
PIERS晚宴将于2022年4月27日（星期三）晚上在杭州开元名都大酒店举行。宴会坐席数量有限。晚宴门票每人60美元或人民币400元。请于2022年4月1日前预订并预付宴会费用。

Lunch Information

PIERS registration fee doesn't inlude any food and lodging expense. Buffet lunch on April 25-27 is planned on the conference site for the convenience of PIERS onsite participants. Registered and paid onsite participants will have a special fee of RMB 10 / USD 2 for each lunck ticket. The reserved number of lunck tickets is limited and on first-come-first-served basis. Please login and book the lunch ticket once your trip is finalized. The lunch booking deadline is 15 April, 2022.
Conference venue is also near several shopping malls. You can also easily find a lot of Chinese and western food or fast food in these food courts.
PIERS注册费不含餐费和住宿费。为了方便PIERS参会来宾，每位注册的参会者可以特别价（10元每位）预订会议期间的自助午餐券（酒店团队价110元/位）。为了统计人数，提前安排，会议自助午餐需要在4月15日提前预订。请登录PIERS作者中心尽早预订。
宾馆会议地点地处萧山商业中心，周边有大型商业购物中心。您也可以很容易地找到许多中西餐或快餐。
